Notes:

- When booking a face to face session via our website, please note that my current availability is limited

  to after 4pm during weekdays and to 9 to 12pm on Saturday. We will confirm it's availability prior to the session.

- Your first introductory session with us is always free;

- After attending our introductory session, you will have three options:

  1. Face to face ABC sessions (1.5 hour session; AUD $175);

  2. Face to face Buteyko Breathing Course (5 x 1.5 hr sessions; AUD $695) that you'll need to enrol for;

  3. Skype sessions (1 hour session; AUD $100).
